Roles and Responsibilities
- Excellent communication and verbal skills.
- Knowledge of Fare calculations and group reservations
is required.
- should possess excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, good analytical skills in interpreting data and
situations.
- Will responsible for Handling of Group Queries (both
domestic and International).
- Will need to action group queries by coordinating with
concern airlines.
- Will need to talk to travel agents & understand
their requirement about group fare & try to match budget for group closure.
- Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries.
- Handling over all Ticketing and Refunds of tickets.
- Agent and Corporate query relating to reservation and
ticketing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate should have Sound understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.
- Plus point if having B2B market or any of airlines'
Sales experience.
2)Business
Development /Travel Executive

responsible for developing growth in the company through increased sales and
customer acquisition. Your job duties as a business development executive are

customer relationships. You also promote products and services, represent the

with key clients, conduct online research via social media platforms to
