Roles and Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and verbal skills.
  • Knowledge of Fare calculations and group reservations is required.
  • should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills in interpreting data and situations.
  • Will responsible for Handling of Group Queries (both domestic and International).
  • Will need to action group queries by coordinating with concern airlines.
  • Will need to talk to travel agents & understand their requirement about group fare & try to match budget for group closure.
  • Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enquiries.
  • Handling over all Ticketing and Refunds of tickets.
  • Agent and Corporate query relating to reservation and ticketing.

 Desired Candidate Profile

  • Any Graduate should have Sound understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.
  • Plus point if having B2B market or any of airlines' Sales experience.

2)Business Development /Travel Executive

  • Experience                    : 0-3 Years

  • Salary Range          : 10 – 30K
