Payment Structure & Bank details

30 days or more before the date of departure: A non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the total cost is required.

29 - 20 days before the date of departure: A non-refundable booking fee of 75% of the total cost is required.

19 days or less before the date of departure: The full payment of 100% of the total cost is required. Please note that failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Documentation

Identification Proof: Aadhar card is a mandatory document, Make sure to carry your original Aadhar card with you.

Travel Vaccination Certificates: Some cities & countries may require proof of specific vaccinations. Carry your vaccination certificate.

Travel Insurance: Have your travel insurance documents handy in case of emergencies.

Cancellation Policy & Charges

• All the cancellations must be communicated in written.
• Token amount is non refundable in any cases.
• Cancellations made 15 Days prior to travel date will attract cancellation charges.
• Cancellations charges will vary from 25 % - 50% of the total tour package cost.
• 100 % Retention charges will be levied for bookings cancelled within 15 days of travel date or No show scenarios.
• No refunds will be given in case of missed or unused services. This includes Flights, Trains Hotel stays, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry ticket, permits or any other Maujitrip services.
• Mauji Trip Limited have the right to cancel your Invoice due to insufficient Advance Amount i.e. 50% of the total Tour Package Cost.
• In case, clients are suspected to indulge in any kind of illegal activity or violent behaviour, Mauji Trip Limited will immediately stop the services while holding all the refunds.

Refund policy

Refunds will be initiated within 30 working days from the date of cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy. This means that once you have canceled your booking and the applicable cancellation charges have been determined, the process of refunding the eligible amount will begin. It may take up to 30 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.

It's essential to keep in mind that the actual time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account can vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or financial institution.
